Opposite the apartments is a brewery, which besides brewing beer also runs a restaurant (Warzelnia Piwa).
From the brewery you have a view of Mill Island, an ideal place for meeting friends and for evening walks.
Major cultural venues such as the Opera Nova, the Old Market Square (Stary Rynek) and the Multikino cinema are a few minutes' walk from the apartments.

Our townhouse operates without a reception desk or hotel staff. We believe this has its advantages: guests can count on discretion and feel more comfortable than in a large hotel.

Frequently asked questions
Where are the apartments?
The town house is at ul. Poznańska 7, right in the centre of Bydgoszcz, by Młyn Island. The Old Market Square, Opera Nova and Multikino are a few minutes’ walk away. The Straw and Panorama apartments are in the building at ul. Poznańska 8.
Is breakfast included?
Yes, breakfast is free. It is a buffet in the restaurant of the Warzelnia Piwa brewery opposite the house: Monday to Friday 7:00–10:00, Saturday and Sunday 8:00–11:00.
How does check-in work?
It is self check-in, with no reception. Your keys wait in a key safe by the door, and you get the code on the morning of arrival via Booking.com or text message. Check-in from 15:00, check-out by 11:00.
Is there parking?
Yes, there is paid street parking by the house: PLN 3 per hour or PLN 20 per day. Parking is free at weekends.
Can I bring my dog?
Yes, if you let us know in advance. There is a one-off fee of PLN 50.
How many people do the apartments sleep?
We have eight apartments for 2–6 guests and five rooms for 1–2 guests. For groups we recommend the Cinema Apartment (up to 6 guests) or the connecting Straw and Panorama apartments. Please note: these two apartments are in the building at ul. Poznańska 8; everything else is at ul. Poznańska 7.
