This is a translation. The Polish version of the terms is binding.

§ 1. Subject of the terms

  1. These terms and conditions set out the rules for the provision of services, liability, and conduct on the premises of "Kamienica Poznańska 7", and form an integral part of the contract, which is concluded by making a booking or by paying a deposit or the full amount due for the stay. By doing so, the Guest confirms that they have read and accept the terms and conditions.
  2. These terms and conditions apply to all Guests staying at "Kamienica Poznańska 7".
  3. The terms and conditions are available for inspection in the rooms and on the website www.kamienicapoznanska7.pl

§ 2. Hotel day

  1. A room or apartment is rented by the hotel day.
  2. The hotel day runs from 15:00 to 11:00 on the following day.
  3. Check-in is between 15:00 and 22:00. If the Guest arrives after 22:00, an additional fee of 40 zł will be charged.
  4. After the stay, the apartment or room must be vacated between 08:00 and 11:00.
  5. A Guest wishing to extend the hotel day should report this as soon as possible on tel. 796 110 870. "Kamienica Poznańska 7" may decline a request to extend the stay if all accommodation places (rooms) are taken, or in the case of Guests who do not observe the terms and conditions.
  6. "Kamienica Poznańska 7" reserves the right to refuse to extend a stay if full payment for the stay so far has not been made.
  7. If more people stay in the apartment than were declared at check-in, an additional fee of 100 zł for each undeclared person for each day of the stay will be automatically charged to the Guest on the day of check-out.

§ 3. Booking and check-in

  1. To be checked in, the Guest must show the Reception staff a photo identity document and a printout of the booking confirmation.
  2. "Kamienica Poznańska 7" sends the Guest a booking confirmation by email or text message.
  3. The Guest may not pass the room on to third parties, even if the period for which they have paid has not expired.
  4. Persons not checked in at the property may visit the room as guests from 7:00 to 22:00.
  5. "Kamienica Poznańska 7" may refuse to accept a Guest who, during a previous stay, grossly breached the terms and conditions, in particular by causing damage to the property's belongings or to Guests' belongings, or by harming the Guest, the property's staff or other persons on the premises.
  6. "Kamienica Poznańska 7" reserves the right, at check-in, to place a credit card pre-authorisation or to take a cash deposit equal to the amount due for the whole stay.
  7. A booking is guaranteed if a prepayment of 30% of its value is made via the PayU system within 7 days of placing the booking. Failure to pay the deposit may result in the booking being cancelled.
  8. One day before the stay begins, "Kamienica Poznańska 7" charges 100% of the value of the booking.
  9. If a room booking is not cancelled by 18:00 on the day of arrival, or if the Guest fails to arrive at "Kamienica Poznańska 7" on the planned date, the deposit is not refunded.
  10. If the Guest cancels their stay during a hotel day, "Kamienica Poznańska 7" does not refund the fee for that hotel day.
  11. The staff have the right to refuse a booking or to collect a deposit if the guest is clearly under the influence of alcohol or intoxicating substances. The staff may collect from the guest a refundable deposit of 1000 zł (IN CASH), which will be settled the following day by 11:00.

§ 4. Method of payment

  1. The Guest may pay for accommodation by payment card or through the PayU payment system, in accordance with the current price list published on the website www.kamienicapoznanska7.pl.

§ 5. Services

  1. "Kamienica Poznańska 7" provides services in accordance with the information on the website www.kamienicapoznanska7.pl
  2. All additional services are provided by "Kamienica Poznańska 7" in cooperation with its contractors. In each case the individual contractors bear sole responsibility towards the Client for these services.
  3. If the Guest has any reservations about the quality of services, they are asked to report them without delay on tel. 796 110 870, which will allow the staff to improve the standard of the services provided.
  4. "Kamienica Poznańska 7" is obliged to provide Guests with: – conditions for full and undisturbed rest, – a safe stay, including keeping information about the Guest confidential, – professional and courteous service in all services provided at the property, – room cleaning after prior request on tel. 796 110 870, and any necessary repairs to equipment during the Guest's absence.

§ 6. Guests' liability

  1. Children under 12 years of age must be under the constant supervision of their legal guardians while on the premises. Legal guardians bear financial liability for any damage caused by the children.
  2. The Guest bears full financial liability for any damage to or destruction of the property's furnishings and technical equipment caused through their fault or the fault of persons visiting them. "Kamienica Poznańska 7" reserves the right to charge the Guest's credit card for damage caused, after their departure.
  3. If the terms and conditions are breached, "Kamienica Poznańska 7" may refuse to provide services to the person in breach. That person is obliged to comply immediately with the property's demands, to settle the amounts due for services provided so far, to pay for any damage, and to leave the property.
  4. For safety reasons, every time a Guest leaves the room they should switch off the television and the light, turn off the taps and lock the door.
  5. "Kamienica Poznańska 7" has the statutory right of lien over items the Guest has brought onto the premises, in the event of delay in payment for the stay or non-payment for services provided.

§ 7. Liability of "kamienica poznańska 7"

  1. "Kamienica Poznańska 7" is not liable for the loss of items or live animals left by the Client in the room or stolen in a burglary.
  2. The property is not liable for damage to or loss of a car or other vehicle belonging to the Guest, items left in it, or live animals.

§ 8. Return of items left behind

  1. Personal items left in a room or apartment by a departing Guest will be sent to the address specified by the Guest, at the Guest's expense.
  2. If no instruction to send back the items left behind is received from the Guest, the property will store them at the owner's expense for 1 week, after which the items become the property of "Kamienica Poznańska 7". Food products are disposed of when the Guest vacates the room.

§ 9. Quiet hours

  1. Quiet hours apply on the premises of "Kamienica Poznańska 7" from 22:00 to 7:00 in the morning.

§ 10. Complaints

  1. Guests have the right to make a complaint if they notice shortcomings in the quality of the services provided.
  2. We accept all complaints by email via www.kamienicapoznanska7.pl
  3. A complaint should be made without delay after the shortcomings in the services provided are noticed.

§ 11. Additional provisions

  1. "Kamienica Poznańska 7" accepts animals. Animals may stay on the premises for an additional fee of 50 zł. The animal's owner is obliged to keep it in such a way that it poses no threat to other Guests and staff. The Guest must remove any waste left by the animal on the premises.
  2. Smoking is completely prohibited throughout "Kamienica Poznańska 7", except in the specially marked area of the outdoor patio.
  3. Dangerous goods must not be kept in rooms and apartments: weapons and ammunition, flammable, explosive and pyrotechnic materials.
  4. The Guest consents to the storage and processing of their personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (Journal of Laws of 2002, no. 101, item 926, as amended) by "Kamienica Poznańska 7" (company details)…….. for the purposes necessary to carry out the Guest's stay at the property and the Guest's use of other services provided by the property. The Guest has the right to access their personal data and to correct it.
  5. Canvassing and door-to-door or street selling are prohibited on the premises.
  6. Excessive noise, unpleasant smells, or anything else that disturbs, harms or irritates other Guests of the property is prohibited.
  7. Guests may not make any changes to the rooms and apartments or their furnishings, other than minor rearrangement of furniture and equipment that does not affect their functionality or the safety of using them.
  8. The use of electric heaters, irons, air heaters and other devices that pose a fire hazard and are not standard equipment of the apartment or room is prohibited in apartments and rooms.
  9. After leaving the room, please drop the keys into the box marked with a key symbol, located on every staircase landing.
