Important information for guests of the townhouse
Thank you for your interest in our rooms. Our townhouse operates without a reception desk or hotel staff. We believe this has its advantages: guests can count on discretion and feel more comfortable than in a large hotel.

Your keys wait in a key safe by the door. We send the code on the morning of arrival, via Booking.com or text message. No reception desk.

Buffet in Warzelnia Piwa's dining room: Mon–Fri 07:00–10:00, Sat–Sun 08:00–11:00.

Leave your keys in the marked box on the staircase.
- Check-in is self-service. Your keys are in a key safe mounted next to the door of your apartment or room.
- You will receive the key safe code on the morning of your arrival, via Booking.com messages or by text message, depending on how you booked.
- If the booking has not been paid for in advance, payment is due upfront. You can pay by cash or by card.
- The hotel day runs from 15:00 to 11:00 the following day.
- Parking for our guests is available next to the townhouse and is paid at the parking meter. The cost is 3 zł per hour or 20 zł per day; it is free at weekends.
- You may keep a dog in the room if you let us know in advance. A one-off additional charge of 50 zł applies.
- Breakfast is served in the restaurant hall: Monday to Friday from 7:00 to 10:00, Saturday and Sunday from 8:00 to 11:00. It is a buffet with no waiter service.
- Breakfast includes boiled eggs, two kinds of cold meats, yellow cheese, toast bread, regular bread, jams, honey, cornflakes or oat flakes, spring water, lemon water and water with fruit syrup.
